hand carved arch top and arch back figured koa, full hollow body with pau ferro fretboard, bridge and tailpiece, cherry mid body, sperzel friction lock tuners with D-thing drop D tuner, floating Bartolini jazz pick up.
Would love to play and possibly own a guitar like this one. The actual voice of an instrument is so important. It can and should be as unique as a human voice.
Thank you Tim! absolutely. This guitar is in NY now. i am building another one currently for a customer also using Koa. my current favorite guitar which i play. most often, is made with a Madrone top.

This is one very nice looking guitar. I almost expect to see fine tuners in the tailpiece,
Thank you! John. fine tuners on the tailpiece is an option i had not considered. though it would be entirely possible.
It reminds me of my son’s violin is why. I don’t think it’d be really useful, just reminds me of the violin.
thank you! that is kinda the idea with this style guitar. I consider it to be an hybrid electric acoustic guitar built with a violin style.
would love to hear this guitar being played..beautiful work
Congratulations, this is a beautiful guitar! No, it really is a true work of art, awesome!
